About me and my therapy practice
I am a Gestalt and Humanistic Counsellor, with over 10 years’ experience in counselling. Gestalt counselling helps clients understand more about the patterns they play out. Do you have relationship difficulties, Anxiety, Depression, Low Self-Esteem, Addiction issues? Looking for calm, centred, caring counsellor who can provide a safe space for you to talk about your difficulties?
Practice description
I will work with you to explore your needs and wants in the present, whilst encouraging you to find the tools you need to reach your goals. In order to support this, I focus on Gestalt therapy and Humanistic counselling, which aims to investigate and uncover patterns and beliefs you may have about yourself.
My first session
In the first session, I will complete some personal information and ask you to read the contact, the rest of the time is your to explore what you need.

I am a Gestalt and Humanistic Counsellor, with over 15 years’ experience. I am a registered member of the BACP. I can help support you with addiction issues, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, assertiveness skills and low self-esteem.

Practice description
I am located in Bitterne, Southampton and have my own private practice office. I am based in a quiet residential area, so there’s no need to worry about loud and distracting surroundings.
My first session
I offer a free 15 minute telephone assessment, this will give an opportunity for you to ask any questions and to help me gain an understanding of your difficulties.
The first session is a chance for you to get to know me and see how we work together, the therapy is open ended so it's your decision when we end.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Gestalt & Humanistic Counsellor with 15 years experience, working addiction, LGBTQ+ , Autism, ADHD and interpersonal difficulties.
I mainly use the Seven Eyed Model for Supervision, but I am also trained and comfortable using the Cyclical Model. I am happy to work with trainee and qualified counsellors.
Practice description
I have completed my CPCAB Level 6 Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision.
I work in line with the BACP ethical framework and have my own private practice. I am able to offer supervision face to face or via video call. I have worked in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre for over a decade and completed my training as a supervisor with Chrysalis. During this training I supported supervisees working with the LGBTQ+ community.
I offer discounts for trainees and counsellors starting up private practice.
My first session
We will discuss the contract and allow you time to explain your counselling practice, along with any clients you would like to bring to supervision.
I also discuss the BACP Ethical Framework so there is a clear understanding of what is expected from all parties before we begin our work together.
