About me and my therapy practice
I am a Gestalt and Humanistic Counsellor, with over 10 years’ experience. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Do you have relationship difficulties? Anxiety? Depression? Low Self-Esteem? Addiction issues?
Looking for calm, centred, caring counsellor who can provide a safe space for you to talk about your difficulties?
I will work with you to explore your needs and wants in the present, whilst encouraging you to find the tools you need to reach your goals. In order to support this, I focus on Gestalt therapy and Humanistic counselling, which aims to investigate and uncover patterns and beliefs you may have about yourself. So that you can understand the effects of this on relationships you have with people in your life and with yourself. I've created an environment that is non-judgmental, warm and supportive.
I am located in Bitterne, Southampton and have my own private practice. I am based in a quiet residential area, so there’s no need to worry about loud and distracting surroundings.
My first session
I offer a free 30 minute telephone assessment, this will give an opportunity to understand more about your difficulties and for you to ask any questions.
The first session is a chance for you to get to know me and see how we work together, the therapy is open ended so it's your decision when we end.
