About me and my therapy practice
Reaching out for help takes so much guts. I offer a safe space for you to say how things REALLY are, as well as looking at how you would like them to be. Being able to share what is going on with someone who knows how to respond can be such a relief.
It's important to find a counsellor whom you can trust and who will understand you. I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor. This means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches depending on my client's needs. I offer a safe and confidential space which is private and discreet, just outside Bromley, in KESTON VILLAGE.

I have worked online and face to face, with couples, families, adults and teens, all looking for guidance and support in their own individual way. We work together to overcome difficulties, leading to better understanding and better outcomes. I also have an extensive background of working with addiction.
I believe it's a sign of strength to ask for help. Through a gentle yet firm approach, I can help to unpack your story and make connections to repeating patterns of behaviour. History repeats itself unless it is understood, so I look at how positive and negative factors from the past shape your present, so you can keep what works and change what doesn't.
With couples counselling, not every relationship is like those portrayed in the movies. Most will have their rough patches from time to time. I help to assist couples in understanding how their complex relationship works. We focus on what needs to be done to repair the relationship, or in some cases, move on from the relationship
Whatever brings you to therapy, you have taken the first steps towards making a positive change for a happier life. The main thing I want to say is that I offer respect, empathy and understanding, with no judgment. My approach is geared to working through any problems, helping you to become more confident, comfortable, empowered and above all, happy.

My first session gives us an opportunity to see if you are comfortable talking with me and if we are a good fit. We will talk about what is happening in your life and how therapy can be helpful to you. I hope to support and walk with you through it. Together we can uncover the way back to feeling better and happier about your life.
