About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and offer an open, warm space where different issues can be explored; whether there are everyday struggles happening such as work-related issues, challenging emotions such as low-mood, anxiety and depression or you may want to work through specific past or present traumatic events.
I work in an integrative way, meaning I use a range of approaches to suit the individual client, working with both unconscious processes and conscious behaviours, thoughts and experiences to help navigate through personal difficulties. I keep the relationship at the core of our therapy and focus on building trust and rapport using the space to look into what relationship means to each person.
I offer weekly time-limited or open-ended therapy and am currently available on Saturdays for face-to-face appointments.
