About me and my therapy practice

We all, sometimes, need some support in overcoming life's challenges. Now more than ever. A non-judgmental, supportive, and confidential space can be really helpful.

My name is Adela Victoria Vinader. I facilitate such a space, where we can, collaboratively, explore your own ways to acknowledge difficulties, feelings, and find the specific strategies that work for you.

So you can become more resourceful, develop coping processes that will give you resilience and open to a greater sense of freedom, creativity and a happier life.

As well as working in Private Practice, I have more than 25 years of experience working with creativity to facilitate mental wellbeing. Including in the last 15 years, for an NHS foundation trust and in the charity sector.

I have also supported artists in their creativity since 1997, facilitating groups, in the private sector, charity sector and more recently corporate sector. I hold an MA and BA in Fine Art and I am a practicing artist.

I have more than 30 years of experience supporting people to recover from addictive behaviors, with training in seeking safety, cycle of change and most recently trauma.

I have a tremendous wealth of experience in diversity, both through personal experience and through previous employment positions; like a worldwide employee assistance program, and in the charitable sector, working with disabilities and in prison.

I practice Yoga and meditation regularly. I trained as a yoga teacher, as a coach and in mindfulness. This informs my practice.
