About me and my therapy practice
I build a trusting, compassionate, and caring relationship with each client as I believe this is paramount to successful counselling. It can be tough opening up to new people, and I want you to always feel comfortable and supported. Sharing your experiences and thoughts can be hugely liberating in itself, and we can then work through issues in an open and honest way to achieve profound change and healing.
I’m also an experienced wellbeing expert, business coach and trainer. Having this varied skill set allows me to incorporate a range of theories, techniques, and tools to provide an integrated approach to counselling. My aim isn’t just to help you in the here and now, but to give you the tools you need to self-counsel yourself in the future – leading to long-term growth and development throughout your life.
If you would like our sessions to be in person, you’re welcome to visit me at my practice in Sandhurst, Berkshire – the space is safe, confidential and comfortable, and free parking is available.
I also offer remote sessions via video call for clients throughout the UK
