About me and my therapy practice
I help those who want more than traditional therapy. In response to clients not only wanting to process, heal & make long lasting changes, I also offer opportunities to look forward, learn & apply unique tools to tackle what life throws at you. I’m here to help you achieve your goals & aspirations in a safe & confidential environment. To help you understand yourself better, and therefore gain understanding in how you communicate within your world and take control over any unhelpful and limiting thinking.
I am committed to supporting people no matter their background, and have experience working with a wide range of ages, along with a variety of issues and concerns. Not one model fits all, therefore a client-tailored combination of various therapy techniques can help you become more aware; aware of who you truly are, how you function in the world and what you want from life and how to get there. Whether you are facing difficult issues or want to move forward, I am here to support you, however that may be, at whatever pace you need. You are not alone.

We'll start by having a brief chat about what you're looking for from counselling, and how I can best support you. Then if you are happy and decide to move forward, we will arrange our first session together either in person, online or by phone.
With a foundation of a strong therapeutic relationship, grounded in compassion, genuineness and attention, I wish to help my clients understand themselves better and therefore gain understanding in how they communicate within their world and take control over any unhelpful and limiting thinking.
Personally, I believe ‘relationship’ is the most important and integral part of the counselling journey, for my client to know that I am with them, they aren’t being judged and are in a safe space to express and work through whatever they need to.
In order to become healthy, it is important we look for help to restore and rebalance our lives but to also find the tools that work for us to move forward and thrive. An integration of both counselling and coaching gives us that.
My first session
We take each session at a pace you are comfortable with and in a gentle manner. There are no complicated forms, no list of questions, just you and me, responding to what you bring.
