Whatever your reasons for reaching out I would hold a safe and gentle space for you be deeply heard. Here you can truly be yourself without judgement, to explore or process difficult feelings, view different perspectives or options and help facilitate the changes you want to see. Counselling can allow for a deepening and embodiment of your awareness of yourself, spiritually and emotionally.
The Counselling experience depends on many factors, mostly is held within you. Our relationship and compatibility that we build and my holistic style is also key. My approach is integrative, which means I adapt to your needs working with the approaches that suit you. I would be the professional facilitator and bear witness to sometimes challenging but greatly rewarding process.
