Whatever your reasons for reaching out I would hold a safe and gentle space where you will be deeply seen and heard. Here you can be yourself without judgement, explore or process difficult feelings, view different perspectives or options and help bring in the changes you want to see. Counselling is an invitation to deepen and embody your awareness of yourself as a human-being.
The Counselling experience depends on many factors. Our relationship and compatibility that we build and my holistic style is also key. My job is to meet you where you are at this moment in your life, to attune and listen, in service to understanding, seeing and hearing what you need. I approach my work with an integrative and holistic attitude.
This kind of work is not easy, yet is deeply rewarding, in the simplicity of returning us to ourselves. I am here to help you see, translate and value what is already inside you.
