About me and my therapy practice

If you are struggling with life and don’t know what to do or who to turn to then counselling may be just what you need. As a qualified counsellor, using various recognised therapeutic approaches, I am committed to helping you gain a better understanding of your situation without fear of being judged. I offer a safe, confidential settling to enable us to explore your thoughts, feelings, issues and concerns in order to recognise what choices you have and help you find a positive way forward at a pace that matches and respect your unique needs. I am aware of how difficult it can be to reach out for support and how worrying it can be to try something new but , without obligation, you can contact me to see if counselling may be beneficial and/or arrange your free initial session to talk about how I might be able to help you

I specialise in Domestic Abuse and Bereavement however I have a great deal of experience of working in many other areas as listed below.
