About me and my therapy practice

I specialise in helping individuals navigate relationship issues, complex family dynamics and attachment issues, challenges to their fertility, pregnancy, and parenting journey, and experience more ease in their interpersonal relationships.

My first session
Intake sessions are 60 minutes and cover your entire history. Intakes are more structured than other sessions; I take detailed notes to focus on where you’ve been and the direction you’d like to go.
If for some reason, we determine it's not the best match, I'll always provide you with a referral to help you move in a different direction.
