About me and my therapy practice

I am a RELATE trained integrative, individual, couple and relationship counsellor. I believe that a trusting relationship between the client and counsellor is the key to successful therapeutic experiences, leading to a positive impact on the client’s life. I provide a non-judgemental, confidential, empathic and honest environment for a client.

As a counsellor, my role is to help my client to get unstuck and move forward in life. I help my clients to find their voice in the sessions and explore their choices in life. I help my clients to find their own inner-power, resilience and confidence, teach them to how to find resources and support systems outside of the counselling room, so they will be free and confident to self-manage.

I have a Diploma in Counselling Level 5 in Person-Centred counselling with Existential, Gestalt and psychodynamic, with experience in short- time and long- time counselling. Although I explore the past with my clients, we always focus on being connected with the ‘Here and Now’.

I also include Solution Focused therapy, Life Coaching and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to take action outside of therapy to overcome life challenges. I like to use different materials, skills and activities in the therapy room to tailor to each client’s needs.
