About me and my therapy practice
Therapy is your safe and valuable space. We explore your story and situation. As we are working through, things start making sense and become clearer, so you increasingly feel more at ease.
As a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, I use my skills and insight for the most efficient therapeutic outcome. I use integrative therapy approach to match your needs. We identify and address your issues focusing on your expectations, what you want to change in yourself and in your life.
The point of therapy is to enable you to re-evaluate yourself, relationships and habits, make clear-minded decisions and choices, and ultimately, enjoy a fulfilling life. The therapeutic experience might feel intensive but eye-opening, as you start breaking the negative patterns, delusions and perceptions.
You will no longer feel trapped in an unconscious worry about the past or future, but start living consciously, feeling in control of your thoughts and actions. The rest changes automatically.
