About me and my therapy practice
You may choose therapy when things in life don't make sense, and asking 'why?' doesn't help.
I offer brief therapy (3-12 weekly sessions) including hypnotherapy. Working in Rapid Transformation Therapy, we identify the root cause of your problem, find patterns and break the negative cycle, so that you can be clear about and focused on what you want. In other words, we work out how the problem started, grew and got you where you are. The light bulb moments, the realisations of what was keeping you stuck, lost or otherwise unhappy are the breakthroughs in our therapy. Then, you feel more real, grounded, more alive (not consumed by thinking). And only then the changes begin with a clear direction, flexibility, benevolence, inner peace and calm confidence.
And when relevant, we look at a bigger picture to see what life means to you, how do you or will you know that you are living your life now. It's ok to not know or be vague about these things, or be not interested. There is no right or wrong way, but your way. And that's all what counts.
I've always been fascinated by the mind and feel grateful meeting everybody. For over 20 years I worked in business taking on various administrative and support roles. During that time I learned to listen, relinquish the need to be right, be passionate about what I do and fully committed to the wellbeing of people.
