About me and my therapy practice
Reaching out for help, or finding someone impartial to listen to you, is probably one of the hardest and most courageous steps in this therapeutic journey.
Truth be told, we all offer something different because we are all unique in our own experiencing. With this understanding and my own awareness about my own thoughts, feelings and behaviour, enables me to respect that you are distinct to me and how you feel, think and behave in any given situation will be unique to you.
My job is to walk alongside you and learn from you. To give you the gift of how it feels to be truly heard.
My Private Practice is on the first floor of Alexandra House, in the center of Banbury Town, assessible via all public transport; bus stop round the corner and 10 mins walking distance from the train station. Car parks nearby.
My first session
During our first session together I will do an assesmemt of your needs and this gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about counselling and for both of us to decide if working together is whats best for you.
If you do decide to work with me, then we will also sign a contract that states my duties to you as a therapist and you duties to me a a client.
