About me and my therapy practice
I believe, wherever you go for therapy, you'll only get out as much as you're willing to put in. Beyond that, the relationship between you and your therapist is the most important aspect. I'll do my best to create a safe environment where you can be open and explore what you're struggling with. I'll always be genuine and open with you. My first session
After that, you may choose to talk about what is bringing you to therapy, or you might want to be prompted by me asking you some further questions.
Sometimes coming to therapy, people feel pressure to talk the whole time or know what they should say. I will always try and alleviate any anxiousness or feelings of pressure that you might experience by working with you and whatever you need to feel comfortable.
