About me and my therapy practice
Counselling can be profoundly transformative, helping to build a more meaningful, creative and fulfilling life. Each one of us is unique, with diverse requirements from counselling, so as an Integrative counsellor, I blend elements from different approaches to suit the personal needs of my clients. Some find resolution within a limited number of sessions, while others benefit from a longer-term approach. Furthermore,I offer a discount to the unwaged and I offer 50% discount to counselling students.
