About me and my therapy practice

I am qualified psychotherapist offering a comfortable and private space where you can have time to talk and share your concerns.

It could be that you're considering therapy and have some understanding of what might be affecting you, recognise reoccurring patterns of behaviour and situations, or you're not sure, but just know that something isn’t quite right.

Talking to a trained and experienced psychotherapist can help. I will work with you to help you think about you and your life. Together we will aim to find clarity and understanding as well as relief.

Training & Experience: I have over ten years experience working in private practice and organisational settings with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, abuse, bereavement, addiction, pregnancy and motherhood.

I am a registered psychodynamic psychotherapist with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC). In addition to being a registered Integrative Counsellor (PGDip.) with the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists (BACP).

I am a member of the Society of Analytical Psychology (SAP) and the International Association of Analytical Psychology (IAAP).

I also hold a Graduate Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy with the Westminster Pastoral Foundation (WPF).

Practice description

I offer sessions face-to-face in a Covid secure room from a private consultation room in Wandsworth Town, London. I also work remotely by Zoom, WhatsApp or telephone, subject to the first session being conducted face-to-face.

Trainees: Where therapy is a requirement for your qualification I am willing to discuss a reduced fee, subject to sessions being conducted during the day.

In addition to being registered with the BACP, I am also registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC).  BPC is generally accepted by most counselling and psychotherapy trainings, but it is advisable to check with your training faculty first.
