About me and my therapy practice
I believe that we all will face challenges in life and it takes strength to address issues when they arise and ask for help when needed.
I am an integrative psychotherapist and work in a person centred way. I provide a safe non-judgmental space to allow clients to talk about any current challenges they are facing and also to reflect on their life to identify patterns of relating and being in the world. I believe this holding experience to be at the heart of change and overcoming difficulties.
My work has led me in a variety of ways, currently I work extensively with addiction and recovery. I have in-depth experience of 12 step programmes and work part-time for ‘The Foward Trust’, an organisation working towards change in the prison system.
In addition I see clients for the NHS at Women and Health in Camden where the focus is on short term therapy.
I have a certificate and postgraduate diploma from Regents Park University. I have also been seeing clients at MIND where I have been in many training courses and ran groups.
