I am not taking any referrals for face to face or remote counselling at present as I am at capacity

About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative person centered counsellor offering clients a safe, confidential space in which to explore life's difficulties and any associated emotional issues. I use a range of approaches and techniques to ensure that clients receive the support and counselling that is the best fit for them as individuals. I am qualified to work with adults, young people and children.

Practice description

I am able to offer sessions face to face, on the telephone or via Zoom/Teams. 

My first session

I offer a free, no obligation phone consultation initially to enable clients to ask any questions that they may have about counselling  and my own practice.
