About me and my therapy practice
Feeling overwhelmed, struggling with emotions? Everyone goes through periods of anxiety, stress, or even depression, but you don’t have to do it alone. As a fully qualified and compassionate Humanistic Counsellor, I'm here to provide you with a secure and safe space to talk either in person at my private practice in Chertsey, or from the comfort of your own home using Zoom.
I work using an Integrative approach where my aim is to help my clients gain a deeper insight into both past and present experiences. Together we can look at a wide spectrum of individual issues such as stress, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, self-harm, grief and relationship issues.
I believe that we all have an inner ability to be the best that we can be, but that we sometimes get stuck and need a bit of guidance by exploring the thoughts, emotions, and behaviours guiding your life. ***I work with young people and adults and I offer a reduced fee to over 65’s, students and young adults (Age 14-21)***.
