I have experience working with anxiety, depression, panic, relationships, transgender, gender dysphoria & more.. I am a Counsellor Psychotherapist & a clinical supervisor.

Practice description

I am qualified in face to face, online & telephone counselling & Supervision, based in a rural location of Great Wenham. I am humanistic & integrative, using the principles of positive psychology with a person-centred approach to provide a unique individually tailored counselling service, to achieve the best outcome for you,

Seeking counselling is a positive step forward & sometimes it can feel scary, I will not judge you. or tell you what to do, we will work at your pace. I am trained to listen & read non-verbal cues, which helps us to get an understanding of what is going on for you and to live a better quality of life. We can work face to face, online or on the telephone.

The first session is £30 for 1 hour

About me and my therapy practice

I am a Counsellor Psychotherapist & a clinical supervisor, qualified in face to face, online & telephone counselling & online face to face Supervision, based in a rural location.

My approach is humanistic and integrative. using the principles of positive psychology with a person centred-approach. In essence, this means that I draw from my experience and training to provide a quality, individually tailored supervision to achieve the best working alliance. I consider each supervisee to be individual and unique.

Practice description

I am fully insured and BACP registered. My practice is in a rural setting with parking and disability access, in a confidential setting. 9 miles from Ipswich, 8 miles from Colchester, 4 miles from Hadleigh, 2 miles from Capel St Mary

i can offer a half hour session to get to know each other for free before commencing supervision if you would like.
