About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes, when we're experiencing anxiety our thoughts can feel confusing and stressful and it can be difficult to know where to start to think about how to sort them out.
I offer a confidential, non-judgmental and safe space which will allow you the opportunity to start to untangle these thoughts. To process them and look at why they might not be working effectively and how changing them can work better to allow you to prepare for and respond to everyday situations in a way that leaves you feeling more confident and more comfortable.
I have gained substantial experience working in addiction recovery organisations. If you are looking to progress with addiction recovery, I can work with you to explore how issues might be affecting you to trigger addictive behaviour. How you can reconcile the past to be able to focus on shaping the present and the future. Looking at how you can plan to make step-by-step progress towards achieving your goals and managing life situations in a way that you feel is more suitable for making progress.

My first session
The first session is offered at a discounted rate.
It is a chance for us to start to get to know each other and for you to get an idea of whether you feel that working with me could be beneficial.
It can act as an opportunity for you to voice some thoughts and feelings that may have been affecting you. That will also give me an opportunity to start to get to know your situation and how we might work together to begin to process and explore those issues.
