About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes, when we're experiencing anxiety our thoughts can feel confusing and stressful and it can be difficult to know where to start to think about how to sort them out.
I offer a confidential, non-judgemental and safe space which will allow you the opportunity to start to untangle these thoughts. To process them and look at why they might not be working effectively and how changing them can work better to allow you to prepare for and respond to everyday situations in a way that leaves you feeling more confident and more comfortable.
I have gained substantial experience working in addiction recovery organisations. If you are looking to progress with addiction recovery, I can work with you to explore how issues might be affecting you to trigger addictive behaviour. How you can reconcile the past to be able to focus on shaping the present and the future. Looking at how you can plan to make step-by-step progress towards achieving your goals and managing life situations in a way that you feel is more suitable for making progress.
As well as Cambridge, I also offer appointments in Littleport (near Ely) - CB6 and online, via Skype.
