About me and my therapy practice
As an integrative counsellor I can offer the flexibility to work with your issues in a way that will be most helpful to you.
There may be events or difficulties in your past that still trouble you or perhaps you are struggling with relationships, work or recent changes in your circumstances. You may be struggling to enjoy life or feel stuck in your current situation and unable to move forward. Talking to someone who is not in your family or a friend, may give you the freedom to talk more openly; having someone to listen to you can help you feel less isolated and give you opportunities to explore what troubles you so that you can find a way to move on in life.
I have experience of working short or longterm with clients. Since March 2020 I have been working using telephone or zoom for sessions and can offer face to face work when pandemic rules allow.
My first sessionIn the first session I would like to hear about the issues in your life which are causing you distress and what you would like to change. It is an opportunity for me to get to know you and for you to consider how comfortable you feel talking to me and to ask any questions you might have about therapy.
