About me and my therapy practice

I have several years experience helping people suffering from psychological problems including: Abandonment, Alcohol misuse, Addictions, A process towards self-development, Bullying, Childhood issues, Cross-culture relationship issues, Difficulties with trust and belonging (Social Isolation problems), Insomnia, Loss of direction in life, Redundancy or work related problems, Relationship problems with family, separation and divorce. I strongly believe that everyone has an inbuilt propensity towards self-realisation, if obstacles are removed. I therefore help people to change and make choices.

My Qualifications:

BA Psychology and Sociology (Napier University);

Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Studies (Edinburgh University)

Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Northern Guild Psychotherapy and Counselling )

Certificate in Clinical Supervision. (Northern Guild Psychotherapy and Counselling).

My first sessions are mostly to explore and assess client's needs . First session, like all other sessions are for client to express themselves freely.
