About me and my therapy practice
In life we are told to build relationships with people around us – parents, friends, siblings, and colleagues – but one thing we are not told, is that the best relationship we can build is with ourselves.
I would like to offer you a comfortable, warm, and safe space where together we can take small steps to start exploring, reflecting, and building a relationship for your future self.
This process is about how you want to proceed in dealing with the issues that are present in your life, and together we can work on peeling the layers back and understanding the core issue(s).
I am a well experienced counsellor with a calming presence, currently running my own private clinic in West Drayton, UK. Experience with clients dealing with mental health, anxiety, grooming, sexual abuse, domestic violence, grief, and drugs & alcohol.
In my practice I see a wide range of clients, from a diverse cultural background. With languages in both English and Punjabi this enables me to have a better understanding and awareness of some of the difficult issues the clients are facing in their world.
From experience it has shown that by incorporating relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation and using mental imagery, enables the client the opportunity to create feelings of relaxation, needed to achieve the best results.

My first session
Free first consultation session is provided to ascertain what the client is looking for via counselling and them to ask any questions they may have, before booking a session. This also gives me a chance to explain how I work and what you can expect from my services.
