About me and my therapy practice
Hello and a warm welcome.
We can experience life as easy-going, wonderful and enjoyable. However, there can be times when we struggle and find it hard to go through life or to cope with life's challenges. During these times it can be difficult to reach out and to talk to someone. This can feel quite lonely. As you are looking for a counsellor, you are taking the first step to no longer facing your difficulties on your own and to seek some help. You may also seek counselling out of curiosity to understand yourself better and to use it for your own personal growth.
There are common reasons that brings people to counselling; however, each individual's story is different. I recognize and value the uniqueness of each person and their experience. Hence, this is integrated into my practice as a counsellor. I will offer you a safe space to share your story and to feel listen to. A space where you feel able to say how it is and you feel understood without being judged. I will be genuine and together we can explore what you bring to counselling.
I have a strong belief in humans' abilities to change, to grow and to heal and I feel positive that counselling can facilitate this. My experience as a counsellor includes working with adults of different genders, ages, abilities and ethnicities.

I offer Online counselling and Walk and Talk counselling sessions.
With regards to Walk and Talk sessions: Our initial consultation and first session will take place online. After that we will meet outdoors for Walk and Talk sessions on the outskirts of Taunton.
