You don’t need to have the answers, maybe that will be where we start.
These are the some of things we can look at in our first session, to get an idea of what you need from our work together.
I am a qualified Integrative-Relational Counsellor, currently working in both private practice and a not for profit organisation which supports people with Autism and their families.
I offer a warm and empathic space for you to reflect upon your thoughts and feelings safely. I can support you to gain greater insight into your difficulties and together we can identify ways to move forward.
I integrate psychodynamic and humanistic theories to customise the way I work specific to you and your needs. I might ask you about our relationship or your past experiences for greater insight into how you experience the world and relationships.
I provide 50 minute sessions both face to face or via Microsoft Teams.
My first session
I offer a commitment free taster session at a reduced rate of £50.
This is an opportunity for you to see if you feel comfortable talking to me, for me to get some background information about you and to identify if I am the right person to support you. If I am, we will arrange a suitable date and time to start working together, if I am not I hope I to help you to identify where to look next for appropriate support.
