About me and my therapy practice
I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
I trained in Integrative Psychotherapy. This means working in a way that draws on different theoretical positions. At the core of my clinical practice is my belief that our early environment shapes us on an unconscious level, sometimes causing us to repeat patterns of behaviour which may bring distress.
In my practice, I offer a confidential and non-judgemental space to speak freely and explore what brings you to therapy. Our work together will aim to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and address issues that may be troubling you.
