About me and my therapy practice
As a counsellor my first focus is on listening and really hearing you. I want to give you the space to speak openly and truthfully.
Maybe you are finding the current financial crisis or other global events hard, have lost a loved one, are struggling with a painful past, or with finding purpose and meaning. Together we can apply a blend of practical techniques and gentle, compassionate curiosity, to work towards clearing the fog.
Starting counselling may feel daunting, but it is not about being judged or analysed. It can be tough to talk about difficult feelings, but I'll be right there alongside you. If you're not sure if you want to begin, feel free to contact me for a chat first.

I offer a free online twenty minute chat for us to get to know each other, so you can decide if you want to continue with me.
