About me and my therapy practicePerhaps you are tired of struggling with sadness, anxiety or a difficult relationship, are caught up in your own head, or feel disconnected from other people. Talking about it could really help.
As a counsellor my first focus is on listening and really hearing you.
Maybe you have found the pandemic hard, have lost a loved one, are struggling with a painful past, or are at a crossroads in life. Together we can work towards your wellbeing.
If you like we can use story, objects, metaphors and colours to help you express yourself. I can also incorporate nature and the outdoors during daylight hours. However these are your sessions, so we will discuss what approach you would like to take. If you're not sure about starting counselling feel free to contact me for a chat first.

I offer a free online half-hour chat for us to get to know each other and so you can decide if you want to continue with me.
