About me and my therapy practice
It can be difficult at times to admit that we are feeling vulnerable or simply not coping with life, however it is at these times we may need some support. I am a professional counsellor and my aim is to provide you with a secure environment where you can be heard, understood, and be accepted without feeling that you are being judged . An environment where you will be able to explore painful and difficult thoughts and feelings with the utmost support from a seasoned professional.
My counselling approach is integrative and is person-centered; meaning that it is tailor-made to suit my client’s individual needs and requirements. I draw on techniques from a variety of different approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis, and Psycho-dynamic. I believe every person is unique and the answers that they seek already lies within them.
