About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced Person Centered Therapist (BACP Accredited) and Supervisor who has worked full time as a Therapist and Supervisor for 18 years.
I have a wide range of knowledge and experience having worked in; NHS, Palliative Care, Homeless night shelters, Alcohol and drug rehab, Macmillan, Mencap, and Higher Education Colleges. I have Managed counselling services, worked with Volunteers and worked as a senior therapist and clinical supervisor
My motivation is to help the Therapists I work with to maintain a way of working which enhances and helps them to skillfully and safely provide a positive client experience and at the same time sustains the Therapists in practice. I work to encourage, support, challenge and sustain practice, based on a collaborative inquiry method of working with my Supervisees.
