About me and my therapy practice

Addictions Specialist

Since 2001 I have been working in hospitals and organisations specialising in the treatment of addictions and behavioural disorders. I also work with depression and anxiety.

Who can I help?

I offer therapy to those suffering alcohol, work, drug, pornography, and sex addiction. In my experience shame and guilt are often the feelings that underpin the continued cycle of addiction. Loneliness and self-loathing may cause deep distress and the need to self soothe becomes more urgent - a destructive cycle is established.

The impact and consequences for the active addict can be far reaching, loved ones, families, employers and friends all suffer. You are not alone and if you are ready to make the necessary life changes and are over 18 years of age, then I can help you.
