When life stresses become all consuming and you feel lost or frustrated, talking it through with a trusted, non-biased counsellor can enable you to feel less overwhelmed and enable you to gain awareness to move forward. It could be that your lifestyle is stressful, work, family or financial pressures. You may have suffered trauma or loss in your life that you are struggling to cope with or experiencing relationship difficulties.
I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space for you to talk freely about your concerns and experiences and work with you to better understand your circumstance and yourself in order to feel freer and move forward.
It is crucial that you find a counsellor suited to your needs. I offer a free 20 minute phone call or zoom session in order for you to discuss any questions you have around counselling.
My first session
In your first session I will gather your basic information, address, contact details and GP (all noted and stored confidentially) I will give you crucial information about how our sessions will work going forward, but on the most part it will be about listening to you and I will be happy to answer any questions you have around counselling, your expectations, fears or known aspects of this experience.
