About me and my therapy practice
I am a registered BACP therapist with 25 years of experience in the mental health sector. I worked for the NHS for over 20 years as a psychological therapist as well as working privately. I have also worked in a secondary care environment in a rehabilitation home.
I will provide a safe environment and abide by the BACP guidelines for confidentiality at all times. I am non-judgemental, caring and compassionate and I will provide a friendly and safe environment to enable you to talk freely about the difficulties you may be experiencing.
I will be here to assist you with changes in a positive and encouraging way.
Please contact me via email or phone to discuss a session, for which the first 30 minutes will be free of charge. Additionally I offer a discounted rate for students.
I am now happy to be able to offer phone call or zoom sessions to be more flexible during the Corona Virus pandemic
