About me and my therapy practice
Hi I'm Lisa and I am a Counsellor based in Brierley Hill working face to face with social distancing measures in place. Sometimes it can feel as though life is throwing so many obstacles in our direction. These things can make us feel we lack control, lose faith or become discontented. Maybe you are feeling anxious or depressed? Feeling unheard, recently lost a loved one or perhaps you are having work or relationship problems, self esteem issues or are generally feeling unable to cope. Perhaps at the moment you feel you need the opportunity to talk to someone who will really listen to you without judgement, help you resolve issues, find a new perspective on things, increase emotional resilience and find healthier ways of dealing with the challenges you face.
I offer short or long term therapy for all adults aged 18 and over. I work face to face or over the phone and your first session is half price. I work integratively, allowing me to be able to tailor to your specific needs using a range of different therapeutic approaches. Sessions are typically once per week, however frequency is your preference.
My first session
Your first session is half price. This first session will allow you to decide whether we work well together and gives me a chance to get to know you.
Counselling can be daunting at first, so feel free to email, text or call to discuss or ask any questions. I offer a safe, confidential and comfortable space for you to talk about what might be troubling you and help you feel more in control of your life.
