About me and my therapy practice
Counselling is a life experience where you get to explore and reflect your feelings and emotions in a non-judgemental and safe space. You get the opportunity to listen and catch up with what your body and mind are wanting to tell you and to make change within your life.
The power to freely speak within a friendly and therapeutic environment can be healing, empowering and liberating. My aim is for you to truly experience the depth of your emotions and feel that strength within to make positive change.
My way of working is to focus on a relational field – meaning that I will stand by your side and walk with you on your journey through your feelings and thought processes. Coming to counselling is something very personal and I aim to make you feel that you are in a safe, secure and warm space to explore what is going on for you.
I believe that we all have the power to change and grow as human beings. To focus on your feelings and the physical manifestations of the emotions can really bring forward a new awareness to you about yourself. I believe that with tapping into your emotions, you can feel empowered to ignite change within your life.
I am BACP registered and follow their code of ethics and practice. I hold counselling sessions face to face in Ipswich and Colchester and can also provide online and telephone counselling.
If you would like to book a free initial discussion to talk through what is going for you and what you wish to achieve please do not hesitate to contact me.
