I'm Alex, an Integrative Therapist providing counselling in the heart of Ealing Broadway at Central Chambers, just opposite Ealing Broadway Tube Station. There may be a few or many reasons why you might be seeking therapeutic support. You may be struggling with emotional pain, challenges in everyday life, relationship problems or looking for personal development.

As a qualified Integrative Therapist, I treat each client individually and cater the therapy to suit their specific needs. I provide an non-judgmental, caring and supportive environment in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Whether you are looking for short-term or longer, more open ended therapy, my motivation is to help you understand and have a greater sense of awareness as to the nature and origins of your problems.

It is my hope that each client I work with can begin to see and use their natural strengths and abilities in order to live the life they want.

I am a registered member of and adhere to the BACP code of ethics. I qualified at diploma level 7 at The Minster Centre, the UK's leading training institute for Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. Before career changing to become a Therapist, I worked for 12 years in the Feature Film & Television Industry.

I am also the founder of In-House Wellbeing (inhousewellbeing.com) providing Wellbeing Strategies & Training, Resilience Coaching and Workplace Counselling within a corporate business setting.

Visit ealingtherapy.co.uk for more information.

Practice description

My ealing practice is centrally located directly opposite Ealing Broadway Tube Station. I have a light and calming therapy room situated on the second floor of Ealing Central Chambers - the entrance is on the corner in the middle of Starbucks.

My first session

To ensure that you feel both comfortable and confident in making the right choice of a therapist, I offer an initial consultation which lasts 50 minutes. During this time, I will ask you a few questions to gain more clarity as to what brings you into therapy.

The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you may have and I will talk with you about how we may be able to work together to best support you.

The fee for this session is £51 and can be made by card at the start of our session together.
