About me and my therapy practice
I offer weekly counselling sessions both face to face and online in which I support people to achieve greater insight and understanding concerning the problems with which they are struggling. Counselling provides the space, freedom and support to help people examine more deeply the possible causes of current conflict and unhappiness. In psychodynamic counselling, both current and former relationships and important life events are considered, and their impact on current difficulties is discussed and evaluated.

I also have a Certificate in Online Counselling Skills issued by the CPCAB, and a BPS Accredited Certificate in Clinical Supervision
