About me and my therapy practice
Hi, thanks for taking a moment to have a look through my profile. I'm very passionate about helping people work through their problems, and to do that I offer mainly person centred therapy, provided in a safe, friendly and confidential environment.
Everyone says, it's been great to be able to say whatever they want or need to say. That to have someone like me to listen to what is bothering them and what they are going through without being judged or given an opinion, has allowed them the space to work through their problems and worries, leaving them feeling empowered, stronger and with purpose.
Being an experienced therapist means I can work with a range of mental health issues so, if something is bothering you or you’re looking for help for a person close to you and the issue isn’t going away on its own, then get in touch so we can discuss what the next steps are together.
Here's a little about what issues I work with which include the following but are not limited to; Autism, Asperger's, OCD, bereavement, loss and grief, relationship issues, long term health conditions, trauma, guilt, self-esteem, confidence issues, stress, depression and anxiety.
I have over 25 years experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) / Asperger's and counsel people with/or people who are affected by ASD and the issues they are experiencing.
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile and I look forward to speaking with you so that we can get started on your therapeutic journey to a better life.

My first session
Initial Consultation | Free of charge
It is important to find the right counsellor for you, someone you can feel comfortable with. That’s why I offer all of my clients a free up to 30 minutes no-obligation initial consultation.
This session is to briefly discuss your issues and the goals you want to achieve from therapy. It is important to build trust and rapport within a therapeutic relationship so that you gain what you need from therapy, which is why it is so important to see if we feel we can work together. If you decide to go a head we can book the first session and get started.
