About me and my therapy practice
I am a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold a Masters Degree in Core Process Psychotherapy from the Karuna Institute, accredited by Middlesex University. I have been working with clients for over five years.
I offer a confidential space in peaceful surroundings where you will be welcomed just as you are and listened to with empathy and understanding.
The psycho therapeutic approach I work with takes the form of a mutual enquiry into the difficulties you are suffering in the present and the painful experiences in your past. We will explore together the affect your past suffering may have in your day to day life through bringing awareness to what’s happening in the present moment in your body and mind. The aim is to help you form a kinder and more compassionate relationship with yourself, and discover a place within yourself that even in the midst of all the difficulties is healthy and whole.
The initial introductory meeting is free and there is no obligation to continue. Anything you share will be held in confidence.
A few concessionary places are available e.g. for students.
