About me and my therapy practice

Research indicates that your belief in your ability to influence and control your life can make you feel happier and healthier by reducing depression, anxiety, and hopelessness. Conversely, lacking a sense of control over your circumstances and relationships can result in low self-esteem, anxiety, chaotic relationships, procrastination, addiction, anger, and depression.
As a therapist who has worked with over 250 clients within the public and private sectors, I have the experience and knowledge to help you solve your challenges. My main objective is to help you gain control over your life, emotions, and decisions so that, within time, you can feel better, live a happier life and have more fulfilling relationships with the people around you.
I primarily use person-centred therapy, but I'm also trained in transactional analysis and attachment theory. This means I can adapt my approach to suit your specific needs. I have provided a link below if you want to learn more about these theories and how they can help.

Practice description
Here's what you can expect when you reach out to me: We'll start with an initial session, where you can ask me any questions you have about how I work. This session is offered at a reduced fee of £15 and lasts approximately 50 minutes. There's no pressure to continue after this session, but if you decide that therapy is right for you, we can arrange weekly or bi-weekly sessions to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe and confidential space.
