About me and my therapy practice
I provide mid-to-long term psychodynamic therapy for adults of all ages and with a wide range of problems.
Perhaps you are experiencing difficulties at work, or in a personal relationship. Perhaps you feel overwhelmed by anxiety or depression. Perhaps you have developed destructive habits that are now becoming impossible to life with. Whatever is troubling you, therapy can help you gain a greater understanding of your situation and begin to change patterns of behaviour or ways of thinking leading to a more fulfilling life.
The therapy is led by you and your needs and I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which to explore whatever may be troubling you.
We would work together, using the therapeutic relationship as a lens through which to view the ways in which you relate to yourself and others.
My practice is called In Mind Psychotherapy and operates out of a small Doctors' surgery in a residential street.
I share a website (inmindpsychotherapy.co.uk) with my colleagues who work in East London. Here you can find out more about me and my practice.

My initial sessions are the same length and cost as a regular session - (50mins).
