I am available for face to face counselling sessions on Mondays in Guildford.
About me and my therapy practice
Depending on your needs, I offer short or long term counselling.
I am a qualified therapist with over 9 years of experience.
If you are struggling with anxiety, depression or low mood, or need support on a specific issue, counselling can help manage or work through these issues. I use the pluralistic approach in therapy in that I explore with the client what therapy might be best for them.
I am here to listen in a nonjudgmental safe and confidential space. If you are having a difficult time, feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to turn, therapy can support you through this time. Simply sharing problems and talking about them can help to ease overwhelming feelings and therapy can offer insights in how you can manage life's worries.
My first session
During the initial consultation, I would normally explore and talk to you about what you would like to get from therapy and what support I can offer. This session also gives you an opportunity to decide whether you would like to continue working with me as your therapist. It is important that you feel I am the right therapist for you.
