I offer 'Walk and Talk' sessions in the Brixton/Herne Hill area on Fridays as well as online zoom sessions.
About me and my therapy practice
Depending on your needs, I offer short or long term counselling.
I am a qualified therapist with 13 years of experience.
If you are struggling with anxiety, depression or low mood, or need support on a specific issue, counselling can help manage or work through these issues. I work holistically meaning that alongside therapy, we would explore how lifestyle, exercise, nutrition, hobbies and meditation can support your mental wellbeing.
I am here to listen in a non-judgmental safe and confidential space. If you are having a difficult time, feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to turn, therapy can support you through this time. Simply sharing problems and talking about them can help to decrease overwhelming feelings. Therapy can help to increase self-compassion, self- acceptance, resilience and boost self esteem and confidence over time.
