About me and my therapy practice
I work with with a range of clients who bring many issues including depression,anxiety,relationship issues, abuse, suicidal thoughts and addiction. I am located close to the University of York and work closely with student mental health, I have substantial experience in issues faced by students and welcome enquiries from them.
I have recently completed training in Autism within the counselling setting which has solidified my understanding and will underpin my upcoming practice, I have just over a years experience of working with clients with autism from age 16 upwards and welcome further enquiries.
My main aim is to create an environment where we can explore whatever is concerning you in a supportive and non judgmental way.
I offer supervision on a one to one basis either online or face to face. Please contact me for further information and prices.
