About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist and I offer long term and short term therapy for a range of issues you may be facing. I work in an integrative way which means I draw on the theory and knowledge from a range of therapeutic modalities. Our sessions together will offer a place where you will be heard and your voice valued. I work with both individuals and couples. Sessions can be goal orientated or exploratory depending on what you may be looking to achieve.
