About me and my therapy practice
Maybe you are finding life challenging and the current COVID 19 situation has made things worse for you? Maybe you would like to talk to someone outside your own circle?
Life can be difficult and the challenges we face can result in us feeling vulnerable. Therapy can provide a confidential, safe and supportive space for you to discuss your issues.
I am an experienced and fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist (MA Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy, Roehampton University). I am a registered member of the BACP. My practice is based in London Waterloo. I also work in Watford.
My aim is to provide a safe, confidential and supportive space for exploring issues which may be troubling you. I will listen without judgement and work together with you so that you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
Currently I offer therapy sessions via the telephone or via a video link. When the current COVID 19 guidelines are lifted I can offer face to face counselling in London Waterloo or in Watford.
My first session
I feel that therapy works best if there is a good working relationship between the client and the therapist. I therefore consider the first appointment to be an initial assessment of the situation. At this meeting by phone or via a video link we can decide if working together is suitable for us. It also gives you an opportunity to ask questions that you may have and to assess whether you feel we can work together.
