About me and my therapy practice

As an integrative practitioner, I incorporate tools from several different models of therapy, in order to tailor your therapy to you.

As well as my private practice, I have worked in a housing association in several different locations across London, as well as community counselling spaces in London. I also have also worked in primary and secondary schools for the last few years.

Practice description

Personal Consultancy is a therapeutic model which integrates counselling and coaching. I am trained in both disciplines, and using this model means that clients receive a richer experience that is responsive and flexible

I provide a non-judgmental, confidential space where I foster a safe environment for exploration. Unlike pure coaching, I am therapeutically trained to explore deeper issues and emotional unbalances. I look to increase awareness and create an environment where healing can occur. Unlike counselling, Personal Consultancy doesn't have to work through the past and stop at the present - we have the opportunity to explore your future, how you would like it to look, and make plans to get you there. We can explore what you would like to do with your insights, how to maintain change and continue to develop.

Therapy sessions usually last 50 minutes and are most effective on a weekly basis.

My first session

The first session gives me a chance to understand your current situation, and get a feel for what you're going through/what your goals might be. We will explore what has brought you to therapy and how we will work together.

It also gives you the chance to assess whether you feel like this therapeutic relationship will be right for you - go with your gut on this one!
