I am a warm and empathic counsellor with a wealth of life experience. I believe these are qualities that enable me to provide an atmosphere where clients can feel safe to talk about their troubles and the distress they are feeling. I believe counselling is a collaborative process in which client and counsellor work together to enable personal growth and positive change.
