About me and my therapy practice

Hello - I'm a Counsellor and Emotional Healing Therapist.  In  relaxed and friendly sessions I can help you share, explore and tackle your personal problems and concerns.   With over 25 years of counselling behind me I will lead  you to self-discovery and the confidence to move forward and become the person you wish to be.

I'm an Integrative Counsellor which means I use the approach and skills most suited to your needs. I'm also a Certified Practitioner of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT / Acupressure Tapping) .

I've  been a Counsellor for over 25 years and have worked in Social Work and Education settings helping troubled people of all ages including vulnerable children, young people, families and adults, and those with special needs.
