About me and my therapy practice
I use an integrative and existential therapeutic style to both build resilience through practical strategies to help you day to day, as well as exploring and helping you to resolve underlying issues in a safe, professional and non-judgemental space. I hold a degree from Oxford University in Psychology and Philosophy, and my training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and hypnotherapy complement my counselling and psychotherapy where appropriate.
I work with clients experiencing a wide range of challenges including anxiety, stress, phobias, depression, self-confidence and self-esteem issues, changes in life stages or circumstances, bereavement, trauma, relationship issues, as well as developing self-knowledge and exploring the broader search for meaning in life.
My philosophy is always to work at your pace and tailor therapy to best suit your needs. I understand that seeking counselling can be daunting, and I’m very happy to have an initial discussion to explore how we might work together.
