About me and my therapy practice
People can face a variety of challenges in life. We can get overwhelmed by our thoughts and feelings and how this could impact our work, health, relationships, family life or education. Gaining an understanding and making changes is key to achieving our future goals.
I will offer you the time, space and safety to listen and support you in making these changes. We will explore this at your own pace, when your ready. I feel this is when the best work is achieved.
I work in a quiet location just off the high street in Lampeter. I offer daytime and evening appointments. You are welcome to contact me by phone or email to talk about your requirements and how I work to see if that suits you.
I understand that not all types of therapy work with everyone, so I went on to learn alternative therapies, this also coincides with my passion for the great outdoors
Walking Talking Therapy
Not everyone feels comfortable in a counselling room. I offer walking talking therapy, so we can explore what’s going on for you while taking in the natural surroundings.
Animal Assisted Interventions
I work with my own dog, the interaction can be either stroking, brushing, playing or walking. This type of therapy is useful if clients find difficult or sensitive issues hard to explore.
I understand how hard it is to lose a beloved pet. I will help you explore your emotions through this difficult time.
