About me and my therapy practice
I take an integrative approach to counselling enabling me to draw upon a range of counselling theories in order to tailor a “best fit” course of action, specific to each client. I place great importance in ensuring that my clients are made to feel comfortable in my presence and as such take great pride in providing a safe, secure and non-judgmental environment – elements which are essential in order to nurture a positive therapeutic counselor/ client alliance.
Whether you are in the midst of crisis, experiencing feelings of dissatisfaction or simply seeking to address a specific issue, my aim as a therapist is to help you to gain an insight and new perspective in which your feelings and thoughts can be understood, thereby allowing you to work towards finding solutions and a new perspective.
My first session
I offer brief therapy and long term therapy to meet individual needs.
